The SAE/SAFE/SANE programs are comprised of specially trained medical professionals. These professionals are available at many health care facilities in an effort to effectively provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to the victim of a sexual assault. NYSCASA’s SAE project provides resources, support and training to program providers.

SANE Online Forum

If you are a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner or another professional who has gone through a Sexual Assault Examiner training, you may be eligible to use the SANE Forum–an online discussion and learning tool developed for SANEs by NYSCASA.
