In order to best serve survivors of sexual assault in an emergency department setting, it is imperative for advocates to be well acquainted with the forensic exam process. During this webinar, presenters will thoroughly explain the forensic exam from start to finish, including medical history, assault history, physical exam, and evidence collection. Presenters will also discuss the role that advocates have working as a team with forensic examiners to best support survivors. Presenters are Nancy Harris and Lindsey Crusan-Muse.
