Description

RAFT invites you to our free 2-hour virtual workshop, “The Importance of Values & Saying ‘No’ in a Positive Way”.

What Will I Learn?

We all have varying degrees of comfort with saying “no” to the things we don’t want and “yes” to the things we do. No matter your comfort level, we’re confident you’ll walk away learning or improving on how to:

  • Determine your most important values and uphold them by saying a positive “No”.
  • Empower your decision-making
  • Get positive outcomes that don’t cause you to compromise
  • Set healthy boundaries
  • Establish clear expectations and communication in work and personal relationships
  • Prioritize yourself and your well-being
Who is this workshop for?

Sexual and domestic violence survivors, advocates, educators, organizations, and anyone closely or broadly connected to the SV/DV field.
