This program will be an interactive virtual workshop on the importance of healing retreats. Attendees will learn why a holistic approach to healing works best for survivors. Tips will be given on managing the retreat on a limited budget, sample activities will be shown, and attendees will leave with a plan for creating their own retreat.

This event will be held on January 5, 2021, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM ET. This event will be held via Zoom. Video participation is not required. The session will be recorded and distributed to those who register. Registrants will receive the meeting link by email.
