About This Project

This webinar will continue the conversation offered by Chrys Ballerano in late July. It is open to all and will offer another chance for practicing yoga asanas (postures) as well as a brief discussion of other yogic practices. These can often be helpful for de-stressing and being most present as our highest Selves in the work we do in the world, including our personal relationships and care we offer loved ones, peers, and survivor clients.
